Girls' Weekend 2011 - Texas Size Fun!
The trip is never complete without Twizzlers. Kallie and I shared a pack when we went to a Gamma Phi trip in Kansas City and twizzlers have made all the other trips since then.
We have always wanted to be ladies in hats. Kallie should have bought the purple hat, it was awesome! We are thinking for her bachlorette weekend we will go out in hats!
After arriving to our hotel we noticed girls in hats.... we had to take a picture!

Our 20 pound slice of cheesecake... We ordered 2 desserts and the lady thought we were crazy, here is why!

While all the girls went shopping Cody bought Jordana a little gift.... the IPAD 2! It was the sweetest thing ever!

It took 20 minutes, 3 girls, & 2 guys to shove all the stuff in the car.... bottom line it didn't fit!
In the process of trying to shut the trunk, we hit Kallie's head!
Kallie's Suitcase became our new friend in the back seat till we could pull over and try to load everything else again!

The trip ended with meeting Kallie's new man in Tulsa! Great guy and we are so happy for Kallie!!!!
When I was in college I had 3 great girlfriends that I shared my memories with. When I was moving to Lubbock and Kallie was moving to a new college the 4 of us made a pack that we would take a small girls' trip every year so we could catch up and share our lives together still.
The first year out of college we didn't take a vacation because we were traveling to 3 different weddings: Ash's in December 2008, Mine in June 2009, and Kinlee's in July 2009. Last year however Ashleigh planned our Branson getaway and it was great. This year I planned our Dallas trip to the Gaylord. We shopped, went dancing, ate at great restaurants, went to the water park, and saw comedians. Next year we will more than likely be another wedding year for my sweet Kallie!
It's great to have these precious friends in my life and here are some of the highlights from our trip for 2011:
