On July 2nd I thought I would take a pregnancy test, just out of the blue and was shocked to find out it was positive! I immediately changed AK to a shirt I bought for her later that said "Big Sister!" We were about to have company over and so it was crazy fast and David and I remained in shock for the night!
This was the start of our journey to become a family of four!
Below are pictures after our first appointment, when we were about to have David's Family over for dinner. No one noticed the shirt! :)
