Wind + Baseball = Death
Last Saturday Carter had a baseball game. It was a windy night with the wind blowing between 30-50 mph. It was horrible! Lucky the game was called due to the brown sky and not being able to see anything in front of you! :) Here are some of the great highlights:

5 Years Ago Today
5 years ago today I was getting ready for a first date! It was the best first date of my life. My date picked me up dressed in a button down shirt, jeans, and converse shoes with his hair fixed the way I love it. We went to Orlando's Italian Restaurant, where I later found out he hated Italian food, but he knew I liked it. We order Mafia Queso and I had a Diet Coke and Green Chili Chicken Linguine. We then went to the Drive In Movie, because I always said I wanted to go and had never been. When we got there I found he had got all the candies I said I liked! It took me past our engagement to eat all the Very Cherry Jelly Beans! We watched 21 and he asked me to be his girlfriend!
We date less than nine months and he proposed to me at the Drive In in December.
A year ago this week, in honor of our 4 year dating anniversary, I told him that he was going to be a Dad.

Wonderful Visitors!
My Boss, his wife & BFF Ashleigh came up to Lubbock to meet Anna Kate. I was so glad that they came and I was glad that Anna Kate was able to meet her future husband Drake! I can't wait to see them again!
